Director
A strategic thinker, leader, trainer and Jewish community professional, Michelle has an MBA, is a qualified teacher, passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion and always looking for the next challenge!
With broad C-Suite level experience as CEO, Chief Transformation Officer, and COO Michelle has extensive experience working with charities on strategic growth and direction.
Michelle’s MBA focussed on senior lay-professional relationships in the charity sector and she has links to leadership training and development stretching back over 20 years.
Michelle has also worked as a Head of Department in a London school and was seconded to Middlesex University as a lecturer training future teachers.
Rabbi Dr Neil Janes GMBPsS
Director
Neil brings a deep understanding of human behaviour and educational and training philosophy. He is an experienced and insightful professional with a track record in community organising, leadership development, and helping you grow as a person.
With a background in senior leadership, Neil is a strong advocate for values-based leadership and has extensive experience working within diverse communities and is an expert in collaborating in the civic and faith world.
He is adept at understanding people and motivations, providing coaching and mentoring for leaders, including clergy, and is experienced designing and delivering academic and vocational courses. He holds a PhD in Jewish studies, a BA in Education and Psychology, and is working towards an MSc in Coaching Psychology.
