Psychologically Informed Coaching for Meaningful Change
with Neil Janes MSc, PhD, GMBPsS
Helping individuals, professionals, leaders, and organisations navigate transition, strengthen leadership, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Psychologically Informed Coaching for Meaningful Change
Many of life's most important challenges are really questions of identity, purpose, and belonging.
Whether you're stepping into leadership, navigating career change, facing a difficult decision, or seeking greater alignment between your work and your values, coaching provides a space to slow down, reflect, and move forward intentionally.
My approach is grounded in coaching psychology, combining evidence-based methods with deep curiosity about what helps people grow and flourish. Together, we'll explore not only where you want to go, but also the beliefs, habits, relationships, and patterns that shape how you get there.
The goal is not simply to achieve outcomes, but to create meaningful, sustainable change.

Coaching is not about advice-giving or quick fixes.
It is a structured, collaborative conversation that helps you develop greater self-awareness, unlock new perspectives, and make decisions with confidence.
Drawing on coaching psychology and over two decades of experience working with individuals, leaders, and communities, I create a reflective space where you can think clearly, challenge assumptions, and take purposeful action.
